- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- juice of 1/2 lime
- black pepper

Method
Rice
- Cook the jasmine rice according to the package's liquid ratio, substituting low-fat bone broth for the water.
Shrimp
- Cook the shrimp quickly in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, about 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Add the garlic during the final minute of cooking to avoid burning it.
- Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, crushed red pepper, and lime juice. Toss to coat.
Finish
- Adjust seasoning with black pepper. Serve over the jasmine rice.
