Ingredients
907 g cabbage
567 g shrimp
170 g carrots
150 g bell pepper
10 mL olive oil
45 mL soy sauce
45 mL rice vinegar
12 g garlic
10 g ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Round whole items like eggs to what makes sense.
Method
Cook the shrimp in a very large skillet or wok with about half the olive oil until pink and opaque, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add the cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the skillet.
Cook uncovered over medium-high to high heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage softens while still keeping some texture.
Add the garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 30-60 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Return the shrimp to the skillet.
Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar near the end. Toss thoroughly and serve.
