  • 180 mL low-fat Fairlife
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 30 g marshmallow whey
  • monk fruit/allulose
  • vanilla

Optional

  • optional 10 g collagen

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into the Creami container without exceeding the maximum-fill line.
  3. Freeze level on a flat surface for approximately 18-24 hours, until completely solid.
  4. Process using the Lite Ice Cream program.
  5. If powdery after the first spin, add 1-2 tablespoons low-fat Fairlife and Re-Spin.
