- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 30 mL apple cider vinegar
- water sufficient to cover

Method
- Thaw ingredients safely in the refrigerator when appropriate.
- Place the bones and vegetables in the slow cooker.
- Add the vinegar.
- Cover with water without overfilling the cooker.
- Cook continuously according to the appliance's own instructions, approximately 12-24 hours.
- Strain thoroughly and discard the solids.
- Cool the broth promptly.
- Refrigerate or freeze in useful portions.
