Main 2-3 rotisserie chicken carcasses
carrot/celery/onion scraps
30 mL apple cider vinegar
water

Method
Place the chicken carcasses and vegetable scraps in the slow cooker.
Add the vinegar.
Cover with water without overfilling the cooker.
Cook continuously according to the appliance's own instructions, approximately 12-24 hours.
Strain thoroughly and discard the solids.
Cool the broth promptly, then refrigerate or freeze in useful portions.
