- 150 g cottage cheese
- 25 g marshmallow whey
- 24-32 g PB2
- monk fruit/allulose
- pinch salt
Mix-In
- 10 g finely chopped no-sugar-added chocolate
Round whole items like eggs to what makes sense.
Method
- Blend the milk, cottage cheese, whey, PB2, sweetener, and salt until completely smooth.
- Pour into the Creami container without exceeding the maximum-fill line.
- Freeze level on a flat surface for approximately 18-24 hours, until completely solid.
- Process using the Lite Ice Cream program.
- Add the finely chopped chocolate using the Mix-In cycle so it distributes throughout the pint.
