Ingredients

  • 12 oz / 355 mL fat-free Fairlife or comparable ultra-filtered milk
  • 1 scoop marshmallow-flavored whey protein
  • 32 g / 4 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 113 g / 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • water as needed

Method

  1. Add the milk, cottage cheese, whey, PB2, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water a little at a time if a thinner consistency is desired.
  4. Blend again until no cottage-cheese texture remains.
