Marshmallow Fluffernutter Creami
The frozen-dessert counterpart to the Platform Resolve Fluffernutter shake: marshmallow whey, PB2, and cottage cheese blended and frozen into a Ninja Creami pint.

Ingredients
180 mL low-fat Fairlife
150 g cottage cheese
32 g PB2
25-30 g marshmallow-flavored whey
monk fruit/allulose
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch salt Round whole items like eggs to what makes sense.
Method
Blend the milk, cottage cheese, PB2, whey, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
Pour into the Creami container without exceeding the maximum-fill line.
Freeze level on a flat surface for approximately 18-24 hours, until completely solid.
Process using the Lite Ice Cream program.
If powdery after the first spin, add 1-2 tablespoons low-fat Fairlife and Re-Spin.
