Ingredients
Main 900 g / 2 lb baby potatoes
15-30 mL olive oil
salt to taste
Optional black pepper optional
garlic optional
paprika optional
Round whole items like eggs to what makes sense.
Method
Halve larger baby potatoes so pieces cook at a similar rate.
Toss the potatoes with the measured olive oil and salt (and black pepper, garlic, or paprika if using).
Place in a cast-iron skillet.
Put the skillet on a covered grill over medium to medium-high heat.
Cook, stirring or turning periodically, until the potatoes are browned outside and tender inside.
Adjust the grill location or heat as needed to prevent scorching.
Serve hot.
