Ingredients
Main 510 g pork tenderloin
300 g sauerkraut
2 apples, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
Optional optional pinch caraway
optional 1 tsp honey for the entire batch
Round whole items like eggs to what makes sense.
Method
Brown pork tenderloin pieces in a skillet and remove.
Cook the onion and apple in the same skillet until softened but not mushy.
Return the pork to the skillet and season with black pepper, garlic, and caraway if using.
Divide into bowls.
Add the sauerkraut after cooking, not before.
Add a very small drizzle of honey across the whole batch only if additional sweetness is wanted.
