Ingredients
Main 1.35 kg shredded skinless rotisserie chicken
1.2 kg cauliflower rice
3 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
500 g salsa
300 g peppers
24 g garlic
1 tbsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
cayenne
lime

Method
Cook the cauliflower rice enough to remove excess water.
Season the chicken heavily with garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne.
Combine the cauliflower rice, chicken, beans, peppers, and salsa.
Transfer to a casserole dish.
Add the modest cheese if desired.
Bake until hot throughout.
Finish with lime.
